Description
MOVE HELP is a 100% natural food supplement containing a unique complex of sea minerals and trace elements, AQUAMIN, which is a source of natural calcium and magnesium in a well-absorbable form, supported by the content of Boswellia, sea buckthorn and rosehip herbal extracts.
The product also contains dried shiitake mushroom powder and vitamin D. It is intended primarily for the elderly, menopausal women, and anyone wishing to provide these important elements to the organism and anyone whose musculoskeletal system is under intensive stress – such as active and top sportsmen.
The source of AQUAMIN is calcified seaweed coming from pure seawater washing the coasts of Iceland. Calcium in particular is of major importance for our body, as it contributes to normal muscle and joint activity, while magnesium helps to reduce tiredness and exhaustion.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
1 capsule twice a day before meal.
