Stress Support is a food supplement in capsules by Planet Ayurveda®, containing a combination of three standardized extracts: Withania (Withania somnifera), Tagar (Valeriana wallichii) and Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri).

This formula is designed for people who want to complement their daily diet with a classic Ayurvedic plant combination for a calmer daily rhythm, emotional balance, mental clarity and more stable well-being. Stress Support brings together three plants, each with its own role in the Ayurvedic tradition: Withania for resilience and balance, Tagar for evening calm and inner relaxation, and Bacopa for mental clarity and attention.

From the Ayurvedic point of view, a tense daily rhythm, high mental load, irregular sleep patterns and inner restlessness are often associated with increased Vata dosha. When Vata becomes too mobile, dry and changeable, it may become harder to maintain a calm rhythm, focus and inner stability. For this reason, the formula uses plants with a balancing, nourishing and gently calming character.

Withania (Withania somnifera), more widely known as Ashwagandha, is one of the best-known Ayurvedic plants for daily resilience, emotional balance and general well-being. In this formula, standardized extract of Withania root provides 200 mg per capsule and contains 5 mg of withanoids.

Tagar is an extract of Valeriana wallichii root. It should not be confused with common European valerian: this product uses specifically Tagar / Valeriana wallichii, known in the Ayurvedic tradition as a plant for a calmer rhythm, inner relaxation and evening balance. Each capsule contains 200 mg of standardized Tagar root extract, including 4 mg of bitter substances.

Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri), also known in the Ayurvedic tradition as Brahmi, is associated with the mind, learning, memory and attention. In Stress Support, standardized Bacopa leaf extract complements the formula in the direction of mental clarity and focus. Each capsule contains 100 mg of standardized Bacopa leaf extract, including 5 mg of saponins.

Together, these three plants form a balanced Ayurvedic combination for days when it is important to maintain a calmer rhythm, clearer thinking and inner stability. The formula is not harsh or strongly stimulating; its character is closer to a gentle, balancing and nervous-system-friendly direction.
