Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care products

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing returns

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is sent.

Selling Items

Only regular priced items can be returned. Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and ship your item to: {physical address}.

 

Present

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know of your return.

Shipping is non-refundable

To return your product, you must mail it to: ETOLARS SIA, Jūrkalnes iela 1, Rīga, LV-1046.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to be delivered to you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Distance contract

The seller of the goods offered in the online store www.PlanetAyurveda.lv (ETOLARS SIA, reg. No. 40103850327, legal address: Melluzu street 17-1, Riga, LV-1067, Latvia, tel. +37127122233, e-mail: orders@planetayurveda.lv) on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following contract:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

Ordering, delivery and payment procedure

The Buyer orders the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the purchased goods. The Buyer has the option to pay for the goods using the payment instruments built into the online tool or by paying the relevant invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 5 (five) business days after receiving payment for the goods, agreeing on the delivery time with the Buyer.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller. The Seller sends the Buyer a form for a letter of refusal by e-mail at the Buyer’s request.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of refusal. All costs incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller are borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • the ordered goods are not subject to return by their nature, or they are perishable, or can be quickly used up;
  • the ordered product is manufactured directly for the Buyer according to an individual order;
  • the Buyer has opened the packaging.

Part six of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia provides that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal.” The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in the event of damage to the product, careless handling of the product during use or failure to follow the instructions in the manual, if the product is original. the packaging is lost or its packaging is significantly damaged.

Data processing

By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided by them is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments. . By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
