Shilajit (Mumiyo) is a food supplement in capsules by Planet Ayurveda®, containing standardized extract of purified Mumiyo (Asphaltum purificata). In Europe, this substance is often known as Mumiyo or Mumio, while in the Ayurvedic tradition it is known as Shilajit.

Shilajit belongs to the classical Rasayana direction in Ayurveda. Rasayana is a broad approach to daily strength, vitality, inner resilience and a harmonious lifestyle, where nutrition, digestive fire — Agni, daily rhythm, rest and care for the body all play an important role.
