Amalaki Rasayan Organic is a food supplement in capsules by Planet Ayurveda®, containing standardized extract of Emblica, also known as Amla fruit (Emblica officinalis). In the Ayurvedic tradition, this fruit is known as Amalaki or Amla and is considered one of the classic fruits of the Rasayana tradition.

In Ayurveda, Amalaki is traditionally associated with digestive comfort, the body’s natural defences, daily vitality and Pitta balance. Use
