INGREDIENTS
One gelatin capsule contains 250 mg of the HEMO PLUS mixture + folic acid + vitamin C (dried blue grape vine (Vitis vinifera) powder, dried oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) powder, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), dried powder from sea-buckthorn fruit (Hippophae rhamnoides), Fe – iron (ferrous fumarate), dried powder from blackberry bush fruit powder (Rubus fruticosus), dried beetroot (Beta vulgaris), vitamin B6 (Pyridoxin hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), vitamin B9 – folic acid (Acidum folicum), vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
One capsule twice daily.
Swallow the capsules whole and wash down with water, or divide them and pour the contents over food or in water.
